WHEREAS it’s the mission of Fadziso Foundation in empowering the community, to promote and provide effective control and management of its programme; Fadziso means “We bring happiness to you” AND WHEREAS it is a specific commitment of FADZISO:● Not to discriminate on the grounds of race, origin, color, religion, conscience, belief, culture or birth;● To pursue special pro-active measures and /or interventions for the benefit and development of our youth and society at large;● For the development of human and other resources; and● For the building of capacity and the empowerment of our young people and society at large. NOW THEREFORE; Fadziso Foundation, convened under the constitution of Department of Social Development hereby adopt this constitution as the new constitution of Fadziso Foundation and agree on the following articles as the basis for the future association between the Board/ Committee Members and stakeholders of Fadziso Foundation.2. NAME1.1 The name of the organization to which this Constitution relates shall be called Fadziso Foundation hereinafter referred to and known by the acronym (Fadziso).3. OBJECTIVES OF FADZISO FOUNDATION The mandate of Fadziso Foundation is to:3.1. To open opportunities for our vulnerable children and community to build a better life for themselves.3.2. Use the programme to develop COMMUNITY AMBASADORS.3.3. To use FADZISO FOUNDATION as a tool for self-empowerment and sustainable development.3.4. Run educational programmes and workshops for the benefit of our community,3.5. Use the programme as a tool towards promoting anti – abuse and bullying and proper child development and youth development programmes and awareness.3.6. To ensure self-realization and clear understanding of being a Child. 3.7. Raise the visibility of child self- concept in community.3.8. Have a programme that would serve as a platform for clear understanding of masculinity ; and 3.9. To develop Young People and society in general and contribute towards human development.3.10. Our drive is on health, social development and education 3.10.1.Run Health Awareness programmes3.10.2. Be at the forefront ensuring for a proper nutrition for our people especially those on chronic medication
